
For 30 years, Steve has brought clarity and innovative analytical solutions to several large corporations (Allianz, Medtronic, Thrivent, 3M). He holds a degree in mathematics and an MBA with an emphasis in nonprofit management; He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and certified in Strategic Workforce Planning. His most prolific roles included actuarial, capital markets hedging, and workforce analytics.
