SPEAKER PROFIT FORMULA
The Speaker Profit Formula program is split into two phases, the Foundation Period (first 2 weeks), and the Active Mentoring Period (8 weeks).
On this welcome page, we’ve split these sections into things to do in the Foundation Period, and things to know for the upcoming Active Mentoring Period.
We’ll start off by giving you some important information you need to prepare you for our upcoming work together. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find handy references and your to-do list to get started.

FOUNDATION PERIOD (first 2 weeks)
The first two weeks give you time to lay the foundation for your business and get used to our methodology. You’ll spend this time reviewing the modules, putting together your roadmap, and beginning to do some research so you can make key decisions. By the time you start your active mentoring you’ll be ready to jump in with both feet because you’ll have the training and tools to get going.

ORIENTATION VIDEO
The purpose of this video is to be sure you have the information you need to be successful during your time in the program, including logistics and introducing some key team members you’ll have access to, so please be sure to watch this short video. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you have about getting started or logistical questions about how the program runs and what to expect. Whatever you need, the entire team is here to support you.
GET TO KNOW YOU CALL
On the first Tuesday of your program, join the Get To Know You Call with our team and other new enrollees.
The purpose of this call is for the SPF team to get to know more about you and your business. That way, we’ll be able to give you more personalized advice throughout the program. We’ll also talk about your goals, and answer any questions you have.

In this call we’ll be asking you the following questions, so please come prepared with focused answers:
a. Where are you from?
b. A little bit about you/your business/target market/business model
c. Something fun/interesting that we might not otherwise learn about you
THE ONLINE COURSE PORTAL
You will work through the online learning portal for the Speaker Profit Formula at your own pace.
Your login details will be sent to you in an email with the subject line, “Your New Do It! Marketing Account” if it hasn’t already landed in your inbox. (Please check your spam or bulk mail folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes – sometimes it sneaks in there.).

You will watch (or re-watch) the modules on your own schedule at your convenience. If you need help with any of the tech, contact
ASSIGNMENT
Don’t spend the two weeks just watching the modules… we want you to start taking action! A lot of people get stuck making the initial decisions in this process, so we’re giving you two weeks to plan, research, decide, and get going.
By the end of the first two weeks, before you begin your active mentoring, you should have:
- Watched and/or listened to all modules at least twice, which will help you with the following 3 points;
- Decided what you want to speak about (topic), who you want to speak to (target market), and what problem you solve (the value you offer)
- Drafted your marketing language bank, competitive scan, and the pain-gain flip. Ideally you will also have done your drafts of your Reasons to Hire and One Sheet.
- Scheduled at least 3 Asking for AIR conversations (ideally you would have completed the 3 conversations as well)
If you complete these tasks before you begin your mentoring, you’ll be miles ahead. If you don’t, or you get stuck, we’ll of course help you through them in mentoring phase.
ACTIVE MENTORING PERIOD (8 weeks)
This phase is where you get out and start making some money! This outline is a guide only. The sooner you can get to the outreach phase the better positioned you’ll be to ask thoughtful questions in the mentor calls and with your 1:1 coach. Learning comes from DOING, so take a leap out of your comfort zone during these 8 weeks and don’t wait for everything to be perfect before getting started.
Week 1-2
- Finishing up your initial AIR conversations
- Submitting your One Sheet and Reasons to Hire to the copywriter
- Start using your SPF Activity Tracker daily
Week 3
- Identify your Active 20 list
- Select which outreach strategies you will use
- Write corresponding emails/templates that you’ll use for your outreach
- Continue to review the modules, with a focus on 1-5
Week 4
- Start outreach if you haven’t already!
Week 5-8
- Continue outreach daily. Your daily scores on the SPF Activity Tracker should be a minimum of 7 each day.
- Continue to review the modules, with a focus on 6+
INSTRUCTION VIDEO
WEEKLY MENTORING CALLS
We get together twice a week via Zoom video conference so we can share screens with you, take you to various websites and also SEE what you are working on to make changes and strategize in real time. You can run, but you
can’t hide as we get you into massive action with guided implementation steps and personalized hand-holding from the team.
These calls are scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm US Eastern.
Look for your email from Morgan confirming the date of your first call.
You’ll use the time in between sessions to implement, create, research, target, reach out, market, and sell.

Each Tuesday and Thursday, anything and everything is fair game in this deep dive mentoring session. Positioning, packaging, strategy, tactics, outreach, marketing, sales, plus whatever revenue-generating activity you’re working on. We’ll talk about what you’re DOING, what’s working, what’s not, how to fix it, how to change it up, and keep you focused on RESULTS. No excuses, no nonsense. Just a relentless focus on getting checks in the door.
This call is solidly grounded in helping you implement the exact system detailed in the core training modules. 90% of your issues, challenges, and problems are addressed IN the training. Mentoring/coaching time is for fine-tuning your application and implementation and getting key insights so you start getting results faster.
For the best experience possible for you and the rest of the group, please show up on time, on camera, and distraction-free. We encourage everyone to participate often, so don’t be shy!
